We built this project. Construction took about six months from start to finish, and the ground was leveled. It has about 7 feet of foundation and is weather resistant. It is a type of concrete structure with steel and glass installation. The size of the restaurant and the yard are well-designed and parking is included. Specially designed for good lighting and ventilation.
